Damn Yankee is a wine bar and merchant with a focus on American wine regions and sustainable producers from around the world. We're inspired by ingenuity, adventure and discovery. We take a democratic approach to our selection of wines and spirits, offering exceptional options at any budget.
Jen Avina, Owner & Founder
Jen was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. As a young adult she moved to Santa Barbara, nestled among the great Central Coast vineyards, her passion turned to wine. For over a decade Jen has run some of the most well-respected restaurants and wine venues in Los Angeles and London. She is committed to supporting small producers and wine-innovators, while fostering an inclusive community of free spirited wine drinkers and
bon vivants alike.
Lula Goce, Muralist
The Galician artist Lula Goce (@lulagoce) debuted her street art in London for the first time on Drury Lane. The much-lauded artist who has urban murals in Barcelona, Doha, New York and Miami, has painted the exterior façade of Damn Yankee in her signature style—evoking themes of nature, femininity, and empowerment.
